Meet the Doctor

Hiep Pham, DDS
Dr. Pham was born and raised in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States with his family, first settling in California before making Virginia home. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Computer Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, combining a strong scientific foundation with technical expertise.
He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C., in 2009. During his training, Dr. Pham actively participated in clinical research, internships, and community outreach programs, building extensive hands-on experience and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Following graduation, Dr. Pham joined Forest Cosmetic and Family Dentistry in Alexandria, where he served as an associate dentist for 15 years. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and long-lasting patient relationships, earning the trust and referrals of generations of families.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Pham regularly completes advanced continuing education courses to stay at the forefront of modern dental technology and treatment techniques—ensuring his patients receive the highest standard of comprehensive, up-to-date dental care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pham values spending quality time with his family and friends. He is a proud father of two children and cherishes being actively involved in their lives.
